Elle 18 Nail Pops Shade ‘23’ Review & NOTD

Pink is the only color that flatters almost all the girls (and of course guys by looking at the girl in pink :P Ok boys, please don’t think you look good in pink ;)) in the world. As I had already mentioned in my previous posts that I prefer metallic nail paints over matte ones, I got this pink metallic shade for me. Today I am going to discuss my experience with Elle 18 Nail Pops in shade '23'.

One coat delivers a fairly decent coverage but gives an opaque coverage with 2 coats. I really love the color pay off of this polish. It dries within a few minutes and you are ready to apply a top coat. The color looks just the same as in the bottle. The polish lasts for about 4-5 days on my nails before showing signs of wear. It is easy to remove and doesn't stain my nails.

Shade ‘23’ is a gorgeous soft lavender pink color with a hint of plum in it. It has a lovely metallic finish to it with super fine silver shimmers. It is an easy to wear color and would look good for both office work and night outs. Since it is a light colored nail polish, I don’t feel the need to apply a base coat. It would look pretty on all skin tones.

Overall Thoughts:

Elle 18 nail pops comes in a cute, round, glass bottle with a glossy black lid. The consistency of the nail polish is neither very thick nor too runny. The varnish applies smoothly across the nails without being streaky. It gives good opaque coverage in just 2 coats. The nail paint lasts for around 4-5 days without chipping. It is easy to remove and doesn't stain my nails unlike few other nail paints. Shade '23' is a beautiful soft lavender pink color with a metallic finish. I shall definitely recommend it to everyone.
