Olay has always been a promising brand when it comes to skincare. I had used their lotion few months back and was really happy with the results. When I got this cream + serum duo, I was a bit skeptical to use it as I have oily, acne prone skin and was not sure if the cream version would suit me. Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 Cream + Serum Duo SPF 15 comes in a small black cardboard box packaging. The actual product comes in a small, clear, cylindrical pump dispenser bottle with a transparent pull off lid. The pump dispenses the right amount of cream onto my palm and avoids any wastage of the product. The packaging is quite light and can be easily carried around in a makeup bag. You can actually see the cream and serum mixed or swirled together in white and yellow. I think the cream is white and serum is yellow and it looks like a butter scotch ice cream to me.

The texture of the cream is incredibly soft and velvety to touch with a slight thick cream-y consistency. I only need two pumps for my entire face and neck. The cream glides across the skin effortlessly and gets absorbed almost instantly (My foundation blends really well whenever I use it as a moisturizer!). It feels light and luxurious on my skin. The fragrance of the cream is light and pleasant and wont bother people with sensitive noses. My skin feels soft, silky smooth, hydrated and healthy. The cream doesn't leave greasy residue behind unlike other creams. It is quite lightweight and doesn't make my skin oily for a good 4-5 hours which actually surprised me as almost all the creams I have tried turned my face greasy after 1 or 2 hours. It does make my skin look fresh, healthy and radiant with regular usage. It does not cause any adverse effects to my sensitive skin. The cream has SPF 15 so I usually avoid applying sunscreen separately. Although I cant speak of the fine lines and wrinkles as I don’t have any but it does help in treating dullness, dryness, uneven skin tone and pore minimization.

Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 Cream + Serum Duo SPF 15 is an effective day cream that gets absorbed quickly without leaving a greasy residue behind. It feels soft and luxurious on the skin. It makes skin smooth, healthy and radiant with regular usage. It is dermatologically tested and suits all skin types. Although it is quite expensive but it is worth every penny. I shall definitely recommend it to everyone.
