After being super happy with Lakme Fantasy Shimmer Liner in Astral green, I thought of trying some other shade from this range. Applying liquid liner has always been a huge challenge for me but this liner made my task easy. I loved how Lakme has named their liners. Today I am going to discuss my experience with Lakme Fantasy Shimmer liner in Midnight Moon.

'Midnight Moon' is a gorgeous grey-ish black color with silver shimmers. The shimmers are very fine and subtle and are noticeable only when light reflects. The shade is perfect for both office and party wear. It would look flattering on all eye colors and skin tones.

PROS:
•       Lightweight and sturdy packaging.
•       Good quality brush.
•       Single stroke gives opaque color.
•       Great color payoff.
•       Gel based liner.
•       Feels light on eyes.
•       Glides on easily without tugging.
•       Decent staying power.
•       Helps in creating different looks.
•       Doesn't irritate my eyes.
•       Easy to remove.
•       Decently priced.

CONS:
•       Takes few seconds to dry up completely.
•       Not waterproof.
•       Flakes off if you accidently rub your eyes.

Overall Thoughts:

Overall I think Lakme Fantasy Shimmer Liner is great and easy to use. Midnight moon looks beautiful on eyes and applies smoothly without feathering or smudging. The color payoff is superb and it stays put for a good 5 hours on me without flaking. But if you have the habit of rubbing your eyes then it might not impress you. If you don’t have steady hands whilst applying liquid liners then I would definitely recommend it you.
