Although I am a big makeup junkie but when it comes to eye looks, I prefer soft and neutral shades. Copper, brown and golden are my favorite shades. I really wanted to try something different in my cousin’s marriage. As I wore black and green combo suit, I did soft brown smoky look. I am no perfect in doing eye looks so kindly bear the mistakes. Today I am going to share the tutorial on how I did soft brown smoky look.

• Apply the lightest shade used for highlighter all over the lid. (I used Maybelline Diamond Glow eye shadow 'Copper Brown' shade 1)
• Apply a light brown shade on the outer part of the lid and blend it onto the crease. Do not bring it up too high on the crease. (I used the second shade of Maybelline Diamond Glow eye shadow 'Copper Brown shade 3')
• Apply the darkest shade of brown over the light brown shade and blend really well. (I used Maybelline Diamond glow eye shadow 'Copper Brown' shade 4)
• Apply the highlighter shade half way along the lower lash line.
• Apply a black eye shadow on the other half of the lower lash line.
• Line your upper lash line using a black eye liner. (I used Loreal Instant Impact Felt Tip Liner)
• Apply a black kajal on your waterline. (I used Maybelline The Colossal Kajal)
• Curl your lashes and apply mascara.
Soft brown smokey eyes look great when you want dramatic eyes without being too loud. It instantly brightens up my face and looks great with Indian traditional outfits. It goes very well with all eye colors and skin tones.
