Be Fit Giveaway!

How did you celebrate Diwali? Hope you had enjoyed it to the core. I know you ate so many sweets (sometimes you are forced to!) and would be scared of gaining weight. No worries, do some work out or exercise and you will be back in shape. Anyways I have come up with a giveaway that would reduce cellulite that most of the girls suffer from. I would be giving The Nature’s Co. Anti Cellulite Cream to 1 winner. I won it in Radha’s giveaway but me being a lazy bum hates massaging. So I thought it would be wise to give away rather than keeping it unused.

• Must be 18 years or older to enter. If you are under 18 years of age, please get your parental permission as I will need your postal address if you are chosen as a winner.

• Giveaway ends on 15th Nov 2013. A winner will be chosen randomly on 18th Nov and would be notified via email. The winner must reply back within 48 hours of winning or a new winner would be chosen.

  7. my Mantra to stay fit is jog/walk/run weekly 5days :D and do some squats and abs.. :P
    anyways Megz i don use these cellulite.. even i am not aware what exactly it is.. :P but something regarding fitness attracts me.. so participated...

  9. Thanks for the giveaway Megha. I was not on GFC but followed now just to support your blog. I just relished laddoos made of chana and gud and it wasn't that fattening ;) My myntra to stay fit is to avoid foods rich in sugar and carbs, and include a lot of veggies in diet.

  13. My mantra to stay fit is walking, skipping & healthy diet. Waking up early in the morning & walking fast will burn a lot of fat. Walking is an easy but effective exercise. Skipping is another excellent exercise which reduces your fat. Apart from exercises, we should also eat a healthy diet, avoiding food items which have high fat content in it.

  14. My Mantra of getting fit : I exercise daily in gym with my instructor, I do cardio every alternate day for 1 hr and strength training on other days. I even try to eat clean. Take something every two hours in small proportions. There is no short cut for me.
