Lakme Skin Gloss Winter Intense Moisturiser Review
In winter season, the only thing I love to do is to sleep under my soft quilt the whole day (Sounds like a dream!). Lakme Fruit Moisture Winter Care Lotion has always been my savior when my skin becomes all dry and flaky. When I went to buy it in a store, the SA told me that Lakme has come up with Lakme Skin Gloss Winter Intense Moisturiser. Lakme skin care products had never disappointed me so I bought it without a second thought. Today I am going to discuss my experience with Lakme Skin Gloss Winter Intense Moisturiser.
Net vol: 120ml
Lakme says-
Lakme skin gloss winter intense moisturizer, is a face moisturizer, designed keeping in mind your skin requirements during winter. It protects your skin from the harsh and cold weather and also can be used as a primer for your make-up. You just got to follow the moisturizing routine with skin gloss after your Lakme clean-up in the morning and your skin is winter ready.
MBT says-
The packaging of Lakme Skin Gloss Winter Intense Moisturiser is same as that of other Lakme skin care lotions. It comes in an off white sturdy, curvy plastic bottle with the same colored flip open lid. The lid is quite tight and can be securely carried around in a bag without any fear of leakage and spillage. The moisturizer is white in color with a lovely, fresh and mild smell.
The texture of the moisturizer is soft and smooth with slightly thick consistency. I really need to squeeze and hit it hard on my palm to get the product out of the hole. Despite of its thick texture, it spreads easily across my skin and gets absorbed really quickly. I need only a pea size amount of moisturiser for my whole face. My dry skin feels soft, smooth and moisturized. The moisturizer takes good care of the dry patches I get on my cheeks due to cold winds. The scent fades away after few minutes of application. So if you have sensitive nose then you will like it for sure.
Lakme Skin Gloss Winter Intense Moisturiser does not contain SPF and I need to apply sunscreen whenever I step out of my house. It does not leave any greasy or sticky residue behind and keeps my skin soft and hydrated the whole day. Make sure to use a small amount of moisturizer to avoid heavy feeling on the skin. It can also be used as a primer and my BB cream blends in beautifully. It makes my skin dewy and healthy and not shiny. I have not faced any breakouts whilst using it.

ReplyDeleteI love products that leave a dewy effect on the skin. Lakme used to be a staple brand more than a decade ago in college time but never tried it after that. Would love to check it out. Hope it is available in my city by now :) Very nice pics as always and great tip about using as a primer.
