Himalaya Herbals Anti Dandruff Hair Oil Review
As the winter approaches, I start collecting all kinds of anti dandruff products (I used to suffer from dandruff like crazy!). This time instead of buying anti dandruff shampoos, I picked up Himalaya Anti Dandruff Hair Oil from a departmental store. Today I would share my experience with Himalaya Anti Dandruff Hair Oil.

Himalaya Anti Dandruff Hair Oil comes in a white cardboard box packaging with all the information printed on it. The actual product comes in a thin, sturdy, clear plastic bottle with a green flip top lid. The packaging is quite light and can be easily carried around in a bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. The hair oil is clear with a prominent smell of tea tree oil which is quite strong to my liking.

The consistency of the hair oil is quite thin as compared to other hair oils. It is very light and does not feel heavy or greasy. I apply it onto my scalp and hair and massage it with light hands. It feels really nice on my head and does not give a heavy or greasy feeling. The scent is quite strong though I do not find it overpowering. I leave it overnight as recommended by the company and wash it in the morning. This hair oil reduces the dandruff to a great extent with few uses. I had moderate dandruff last month and I used it only twice and my dandruff was all gone. If you have severe dandruff then I think you might need to use it regularly to get optimum results. The hair oil is easy to rinse and does not make my hair limp.
Himalaya Anti Dandruff Hair Oil makes my hair soft, smooth and manageable. It also imparts a healthy shine to my hair. It does not make my hair dry and frizzy unlike other anti dandruff products. It is very mild and can be used daily. It also reduces the itchiness caused by flaky and dry skin. I feel it does not nourish my hair like other hair oils so I use it alternatively with other oils to make my hair healthy and dandruff free.

The hair oil contains natural ingredients like Tea Tree Oil and Rosemary that are effective anti fungal agents. Neem and Hyamaraka help treat scalp infections that cause dandruff.

• Reduces dandruff to a great extent.
• Reduces itchiness.
• Makes scalp clean and healthy.
• Does not dry out the hair.
• No harmful chemicals.
• Does not test on animals.
• Travel friendly packaging.
• Reasonably priced.
• Easily available.
CONS:
• The scent of the oil is strong (though not overpowering!).
Overall Thoughts:
Himalaya Anti Dandruff Hair Oil is one of the best anti dandruff products I have tried. It reduces dandruff and itchiness without drying out the hair. It makes my hair soft, smooth and manageable. I am totally in love with this oil ad would definitely recommend it to you if you are suffering from dandruff.
