I fell in love with lavender fragrance when I first used Yardley London Lavender Soap. It is such an amazing soap that I had used it throughout my graduation. Although I am not a regular user of Aromatherapy oils but I do love using it in my hair oils. Lavender Essential Oil has various uses and is loved by almost everyone. Today I am going to discuss my experience with Iraya Lavender Essential Oil.

Iraya Lavender Essential Oil comes in a small dark cobalt blue glass bottle with a silver and white rubber dropper lid. The dropper allows you to measure drops accurately and avoids any wastage of the product. The dark glass bottles preserve the aromatic and therapeutic properties of essential oil from sunlight. The essential oil must be stored in a dark place away from sunlight. The packaging is very light and the bottle can be easily carried around without any fear of leakage or spillage.

Lavender Essential Oil is made by steam distillation of lavender flower. The fragrance of lavender essential oil is very strong but is calming at the same time when used in moderate amount. I particularly use it in my hair oil. I simply pour 5-6 drops of lavender essential oil with other carrier oils like coconut oil, castor oil and almond oil. Lavender Essential Oil helps in reducing hair loss. It is known for its sleep enhancing properties. Simply pour a drop of oil on your pillow for a good night sleep. I used it only few times when I suffered from cold and blocked nose. The aroma of the essential oil intensifies as soon as you pour it on the pillow or bed sheet so I make sure to use only a drop of oil. You can also use it in your hot bath for relaxation. A single drop of oil helps in reducing anxiety and helps the body to relax both physically and mentally. Whenever nausea hit me, I pour a drop of lavender essential oil on my handkerchief for instant relief. I find more than one drop quite overpowering although it is quite personal choice.

Lavender essential oil has anti inflammatory properties and is great for minor burns. Although essential oils should not be used undiluted but Lavender Essential Oil and tea tree oil can be used neat on unbroken skin. It heals the skin, calms the burning sensation and reduces the marks really fast. It can also be used in a vaporizer to create a relaxing and soothing atmosphere especially when you are feeling stressed. I also use it in foot soaks. I put two drops of oil in my pedicure shampoo to get a refreshing and relaxing effect.

Overall I am really happy with the results I get from Iraya Lavender Essential Oil. It is the most essential essential oil. It is a versatile product and can be used by everyone. I love using it in my hair oil. It helps in relaxing and soothing tensed nerves. It gives instant relief and heals the burns really fast. I would highly recommend it to everyone!
