I love trying new products and brands. Hello Glow is a UK based skincare brand that makes products that are 100% natural and preservative free. I had tried Hello Glow Whitening Plus Facial Polish (Read my review HERE) and it has become my HG as it gives a healthy glow to my skin. Today I am going to discuss my experience with Hello Glow Moonlight Drops Floral Hydrating Toner.

How does it work?

This powerful combination of floral waters works while you sleep so you wake up refreshed and glowing. Orange blossom flower water is derived from the distillation of exotic orange blossoms and helps relieve stress and anxiety. Its slightly astringent properties act to tone oily and combination skin. The soothing, cooling, antiseptic and gentle properties of rosewater make it especially effective for perfecting all skin types, leaving a soft and smooth complexion. Chamomile water is a mild and gentle brightening agent, and its calming properties make it perfect for night time application. Honey water and glycerin act as natural humectants, attracting moisture to leave skin nourished and hydrated.

How do I use it?

After cleansing, pour a few drops onto the palm of your hand and apply all over slightly damp skin. Allow to dry naturally. Use two or three times a week for optimum results.

Hello Glow Moonlight Drops Floral Hydrating Toner comes in a small, sturdy, clear plastic bottle with a white flip top lid. It comes sealed in a plastic wrapper to ensure that it has not been opened or used. As soon as the lid is opened, you are greeted with a lovely, amazing scent of rose water. I am totally in love with the scent. The hole of the lid is such that the liquid does not come gushing out. You can pour the toner drop wise without any wastage of the product. The lid of the toner is quite tight and the bottle can be easily carried around in a bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. The packaging is fairly simple yet functional. The toner is clear liquid with a very refreshing and lovely scent of rose water.

The toner has liquid consistency just like rose water. After cleansing my skin, I simply take 2-3 drops of toner onto my palms and dab it gently all over my face using my fingers. It does not have water-y consistency due to the presence of glycerin so it does not drag on the dry skin but glides smoothly over it. It gets absorbed within few seconds and makes my skin soft, smooth and hydrated. It feels quite cool and fresh on my skin and does not give tingling sensation unlike other toners. Make sure that you apply only 2-3 drops to avoid making your skin oily. It is quite moisturizing so I do not feel the need to use a moisturizer. But if you have extremely dry and rough skin then you might need to apply moisturizer over it.

I absolutely loved the name “Moonlight Drops” and as per the name I apply it before hitting the bed. When I wake up in the morning, I find my skin soft, smooth and bright. It does make my T-zone oily in the morning but it does not bother me as whichever product I use I wake up with an oily T-Zone especially when it is hot. The scent lingers with me for few minutes which is really calming to the senses. It has been recommended to use the toner only 2-3 times a week as the company believes the skin should be allowed to breathe. 

Whenever my skin feels dull or lifeless I love using it after using Hello Glow Whitening Plus Facial Polish. It rejuvenates my complexion and makes it look radiant. I do not have open pores on my skin but whenever I use this toner my skin looks smooth and healthy. It is a potion of floral waters and honey that works for all skin types. It contains all good and natural ingredients- Honey water, Orange Blossom water, Chamomile water, Rose water and Glycerin that are helpful in keeping the skin hydrated and healthy. I have not faced any adverse reactions whilst using it. The brand ships its products to India although it is planning to launch its products in future. I am so excited to get it launched in India!

Hello Glow Moonlight Drops Floral Hydrating Toner has become my HG toner and is one of the best toner I have ever used. It is 100% natural and preservative free and contains all good ingredients. It makes my skin soft, smooth and hydrated. It gives a healthy glow to my skin and feels cool and fresh on the skin. It smells amazing and gives me a good might sleep. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
