Aroma Treasures is an Indian brand that offers wide range of Aromatherapy products in the categories of essential oils, vegetable oils, and ready to use 100% natural oil based products, natural shampoos, skin care, spa range, vaporizers, and room freshening blends. Today I am going to discuss my experience with Aroma Treasures Lavender Face Wash.

Aroma Treasures Lavender Face Wash comes in a sturdy, white opaque cylindrical plastic bottle with a clear pull off lid. As soon as you pull off the lid, you will find a pump dispenser and you just need to press it to dispense the right amount of product.  The packaging is light and can be easily carried around in a bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. The face wash is clear with a strong scent of lavender. Though the scent is strong but it is quite soothing and relaxing.

The texture of the face wash is soft and smooth with gel consistency. I take a small amount of face wash for both face and neck and it creates a decent amount of lather that feels really soft and nice on the skin. It gives a nice cooling sensation to my skin. It washes away really quickly and does not leave greasy or sticky residue behind. My skin feels fresh, smooth and thoroughly cleansed without any tightness. It removes dirt, oil and non waterproof makeup effectively but fails in removing waterproof makeup. The wonderful smell of lavender lingers with me for a good half an hour. It gives me a feeling of thorough cleansing with an amazing aroma after a long, tired sunny day. It instantly refreshes up my senses. As I have oily skin, I do not feel the need to moisturize my skin but I have the habit of applying lotion anyways. If you have extremely dry skin then you might feel the need to moisturize it. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it. It contains 100% pure essential oils like Rosewood oil and Petitgrain oil that are great for all skin types.

CONS:

• Contains parabens and SLES.

• Does not remove waterproof makeup (I wonder if any cleanser does that!).

Overall Thoughts:

Overall I am really happy with Aroma Treasures Lavender Face Wash. It has a wonderful and fresh lavender scent that instantly makes me feel fresh. It lathers really well and removes all dirt, grime and oil off the skin. It is quite gentle on the skin due to the presence of essential oils and does not break out my oily, acne prone skin. If you looking for something that would refreshes up you in this hot weather then I would surely recommend it you!
