Himalaya Herbals Oil Control Lemon Face Wash comes in a sturdy, long, clear pump dispenser plastic bottle. You just need to twist the pump dispenser to open it and press it to dispense the right amount of product. The packaging is light and can be easily carried around in a bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. Just make sure that the lid would not twist in the bag. The face wash is a clear gel with soft and fine blue micro beads. It has a predominant scent of lemon which is very nice and refreshing.
The texture of the face wash is soft and smooth with a gel like consistency. I take a small amount of face wash for both face and neck and it creates a good amount of lather that feels really soft and nice on the skin. It gives a feeling of thorough cleansing. It washes away really quickly and does not leave greasy or sticky residue behind. The micro beads are very mild and do not feel harsh or weird on skin. My skin feels fresh, smooth and thoroughly cleansed without any tightness. If you have dry skin then you might feel tightness. It removes dirt, oil and non waterproof makeup effectively but fails in removing waterproof makeup. The wonderful scent of lemon lingers with me for a good half an hour. It does help in preventing pimples and makes my skin oil free for a long time. It is a soap free face wash and I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it.

• Creates good lather.
• Makes skin clean, oil free and fresh.
• Helps in controlling oil.

• Does not break me out.
• Does not dry out the skin.
• Contains lemon and honey that are great for oily skin.

• Reasonably priced.
• Travel friendly packaging.
CONS:
• Does not remove waterproof makeup.
Overall Thoughts:
Himalaya Herbals Oil Control Lemon Face Wash is a great face wash to be used in summers that keeps skin clean, fresh and oil free. The scent is citrusy and very refreshing. My skin stays oil free for a few good hours. I would definitely recommend it to oily skinned beauties.

Are these blue microbeads made of plastic? The US has started banning such products as they cause pollution. The beads are too small to be filtered in sewage. Being plastic, we are assured they don't decompose, and they are also eaten by fish once the sewage reaches the rivers and seas.
