Lotus Herbals 3 in 1 Matte Look Daily Sunblock SPF 40 comes in a sturdy, soft, opaque dark orange plastic tube with the same colored flip top lid. The packaging is quite light and can be easily carried around in a makeup bag. The lid is quite tight and there is no fear of leakage or spillage in the bag. The packaging looks appealing and the bright color makes it really stand out among all my other skincare products. The sun block is tinted and beige in color with prominent lovely fragrance. I seriously could not detect the smell but I find it lovely and soothing.
The texture of the sun block is soft and smooth with slightly runny consistency. It applies easily and gets absorbed quickly with no greasy residue behind. It is quite moisturizing and I do not feel the need to moisturize my oily skin prior application. I usually apply the sun block on my face and on the areas that will be exposed to the sun. I apply the sun block 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. The sun block makes my skin soft, smooth with a matte finish. It is shine free, light and has non greasy formula. It doesn't make my skin oily for a long time. Setting it up with a powder ensures longer stay of the product on oily skin. It doesn't feel heavy or give whitish cast to my face unlike other sun blocks. It doesn't cause any adverse effects to my skin. The sun block is meant to be reapplied frequently but I avoid reapplying it whenever I wear makeup. I have not faced any tanning issues whilst using this sun block as it contains SPF 40 UVB and PA+++ UVA which is really great in summers. As the sun block is tinted, it makes my skin even, smooth and lightens the blemishes. It also claims to lighten the skin. Though I have not noticed any lightening of my skin but it does make it even and healthy. My only grumble with this sunblock is that the product tends to accumulate at the open of the mouth which is sometimes really annoying.

• Feels light on the skin.
• Gets absorbed quickly.
• Does not leave greasy residue behind.
• My skin feels soft, smooth and hydrated.
• Matte finish.
• As it is tinted, it evens out my skin and lightens the blemishes.
• Suits all skin types.
• Contains SPF 40.
• Protects from both UVA and UVB rays.
• Does not give whitish cast to my skin.
• Little goes a long way as a small amount of sun block is required.

• My skin does not turn oily for a long time.
CONS:
• The product accumulates at the mouth of the tube which I find annoying.

Lotus Herbals 3 in 1 Matte Look Daily Sunblock SPF 40 is one of the best sunscreens I have ever used. It suits my oily skin to the core. It gets absorbed quickly and gives a perfect matte look to my face. It contains SPF 40 that prevents your skin from getting tanned. It does not give whitish cast to my face and feels quite light on my skin. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

DeleteAfter reading many reviews about this product, I purchased the same. On my first application, I felt good as it gave a shine free and oil free look. But after 3-4 hrs of application, it turned my face too oily like an oil factory. Also it made my face to turn red and hot as well, as though feverish. Next day, it broke out all over my face. Not pimples but measles kind.I didn't like to see my face which was affected badly by this product and threw away into the bin.
