Naturally Upper Canada Lip Butter Trio Review
Upper Canada Body Butters had been my favorites the whole winters (Read my reviews HERE and HERE). My skin had never felt so soft and smooth. In summers, I am using Naturally Upper Canada Wild Mint Lime Body Butter as it is quite light and has a faint yet refreshing mint scent. Though I had really bad experience with Naturally Upper Canada Lip Sheen (Read my review HERE) but this cute lip butter trio looked so inviting that I had to grab it. Today I am going to review Naturally Upper Canada Lip Butter Trio Review.

Naturally Upper Canada Lip Butter Trio comes packed in a rectangular clear plastic case with all the information written at the back. The packaging has been tied with a brown velvet ribbon that makes it all the more pretty. The set comes in three flavors- Pressed Olive Avocado, Sweet Vanilla Fig and Cranberry Moro Orange that come packaged in cute, maroon plastic pots with black screw top lids. As soon as the lid is opened, you will find a black plastic inner lid that protects the lip butter and keeps it in place. The lid is quite tight and the lip butters can be easily carried around in a bag without any fear of spillage or leakage.
All the three lip butters are pale white in color and have a smooth finish to the top. I gently rubbed it using a clean fingertip over the surface of the lip butter surface and was shocked to find that the texture is same as that of Upper Canada Lip Sheen. The lip butter feels slightly hard and I need to apply little pressure to get some lip butter out. As soon as I apply it on my lips, I could feel clumps releasing from the lip butter that is really annoying and uncomfortable though the company says they are Shea Butter beads for exfoliation. Despite having hard texture, it spreads easily over my lips and gets absorbed quickly. It leaves a beautiful sheen to my lips and makes my lips soft, smooth and hydrated for a long time. It does not feel greasy or waxy on my lips. It is quite hydrating and helps in treating sore and chapped lips. I find the texture and results of all the lip butters almost same though personally I liked Cranberry Moro Orange the most as it feels quite soft and has lovely scent. The worst part of the lip butter trio is that they melt in summers. After trying them in winters, I opened the pots in summers just to find ghee like consistency that is really disappointing. I had tried tonnes of lip balms and haven’t faced the melting issue yet. I have now started using it as lip exfoliators and I love the way they pamper my lips and makes them soft and smooth.
Naturally Upper Canada Lip Butter Trio contains all natural ingredients like Jojoba Oil, Soybean Oil, Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E. It is free from paraben, mineral oil, synthetic dye and SLS that is worth appreciating.

Overall Thoughts:
Naturally Upper Canada Lip Butter Trio is an average lip butter set that keeps lips soft, smooth and moisturized. It has slightly hard texture and I need to put pressure to get it on my fingertips. It contains Shea butter beads that feel really uncomfortable and annoying on lips but I love using it as lip exfoliator. It is not a value for money and I would not recommend it to anyone!
