I love nail polishes and nail arts a lot but there is one ‘lazy factor’ in me- not taking care of nails. I had never filed my nails seriously. Though my nails are in good shape but now I am fixing this laziness by using Gold Elements Nail Kit Supreme. Gold Elements Hand and Nail Cream comes in a light golden squeezable plastic tube with a golden screw top lid. The tube looks expensive and classy. The texture of the hand and nail cream is thick and luxurious with creamy consistency. The cream is white in color with a lovely mild scent that does not tend to linger for a long time which I really like as I am not a fan of strong fragranced products. All you need to do is squeeze a pea sized amount of cream and rub it on your hands and nails. It gets absorbed almost instantly without leaving a greasy or oily feeling behind. I love carrying it with me everywhere because I just need to massage it on my hands and I am ready to do my work without looking for wipes. My hands feel very soft, smooth and moisturized. My nails also look strong and healthy and are less prone to breakage. The cream lasts really long. I apply it 2-3 times a day or each time I wash my hands and I could still see the tube has not gone half through. I am totally in love with my hands the day I started using this hand and nail cream. You need to use hand creams regularly to see positive effects! I love slapping it on my hands at bedtime and wake up with soft and polished hands.

Cuticle Oil comes in a thin and lightweight hard semi opaque light golden plastic tube with a screw top lid. The oil is clear and is extremely light. It comes gushing out of the nozzle so make sure you first transfer it onto your hands and apply little on cuticles. Now gently massage it onto your nails and the oil gets absorbed in few minutes leaving cuticles and nails soft and perfectly polished. If you have really dry cuticles you can use orange stick to push the cuticles and get soft and presentable nails.

It has to be used only to file the edges of the nails and not on the flat surface. Always make sure to file the nails in one direction to avoid splitting the edges of the nails. Although it is quite scratchy but it does not break my nails no matter how roughly I use though it is not advisable.

The buffing block comes wrapped in a thin re-sealable plastic. It is made of sponge or foam type material and is cuboid in shape. It has four sides with instructions written on the front that makes it self-explanatory. Each side has different strength of abrasion and must be used in correct way and order. Before using the buffing block makes sure your nail polish is removed and your hands are clean.

Step 1: After filing your nails, use the golden side or strip to buff each nail back and forth for few seconds. It will smooth away the ridges and allows easy application of the nail polish. As I don’t have ridges, I rarely use this side and skip to the grey one. It is recommend to be used every four weeks.

Step 2: Use the grey side to buff your nails for few seconds. It will remove the remaining ridges and leave your nail smoother.

Step 3: This is the softest and my favorite side of the block. It leaves your nails shiny and perfectly polished. You just need to buff each nail for few seconds to get a gleaming shine. I love the way my nails look. So smooth and shiny! The shine lasts for a week and I really do not feel the need to apply nail polish. My cousin asked me which nail varnish I applied as my nails looked really glossy.

Although I liked the effect the buffing block gives to my nails but I love using it once or twice a month so my nails does not get weak and prone to breakage. You can use the last step once a week as it is the softest part and does not cause any harm to the nails.

Overall Thoughts:
Overall I am totally in love with Gold Elements Nail Kit Supreme. It contains all the essentials that you need to groom your nails. It keeps my hands and nail in tip top condition and I do not feel the need to get a manicure at a salon. Though it is pricey but it is definitely worth it. The packaging is classy and makes heads turn. I love carrying it with me everywhere and my nails are ready for any occasion. It is made to a high standard and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
