Lakme True Wear nail polishes have always been my favorite. Recently I was in search of a party wear shade that can go well with all ethnic outfits. I prefer dark polishes over light ones and when I saw this beautiful berry maroon shade, I instantly ordered it. Today I am going to review Lakme True Wear Nail Polish in Berry Maroon.

Lakme True Wear Nail Polish comes in a sturdy and clear glass bottle with a beige screw top lid. The brush applicator is of fairly good size with good quality bristles. It makes application of the polish quite easy without brushing along the skin.

Berry Maroon is a gorgeous dark berry maroon color with metallic finish. It looks classy and elegant with all my ethnic outfits. It makes my hands look bright and delicate. The consistency of the nail lacquer is pretty good. It is neither very thick nor very runny. It applies smoothly over my nails without streaking. It delivers true and vibrant color in two coats. It dries pretty quickly ready to be finished with a top coat. The polish lasts for about 3-4 days without chipping (I don’t do household chores though!). The color does not dull down even after 4 days which actually impressed me a lot. It is easy to remove and does not stain my nails. This shade would look fabulous on all skin tones. It has beautiful glossy finish just like other top nail polish brands and let me tell you it is worth Rs 100 only.

Overall Thoughts:

Lakme True Wear Nail Polish in Berry Maroon is worth every penny. It delivers true color with just two coats and stays on my nails for a good few days without chipping. It is an elegant shade and would complement well with all skin tones. I really would not hesitate in buying other shades and would definitely recommend it to everyone!
