Nivea Lemon & Oil Shower Gel comes in a sturdy, clear plastic bottle with a dark blue flip top lid. All the information is printed at the back of the bottle. The lid is quite tight and the bottle can be easily carried around in a bag while traveling. The color of the shower gel is light green in color which looks very refreshing. It contains small yellow beads that are actually oil pearls that are known to moisturize the skin.

The texture of the shower gel is soft and smooth with gel consistency. It is neither very thick nor very runny. It has a lovely glossy look to it. I simply squeeze a small amount of shower gel on my loofah and then gently rub it over my wet skin. You can even take it on your palms and rub it onto your skin if you are in hurry. It creates a soft, rich lather and feels extremely soft and nice on my skin. The lemongrass scent is amazing and very refreshing. It does not tend to intensify and remains subtle and fresh. It feels smooth and gentle on the skin. The shower gel gets rinsed off really easily without leaving a greasy or sticky residue behind. My skin feels soft, smooth, clean, fresh and moisturized.  The scent disappears as soon as the shower gel is rinsed off. I have normal body skin and I do not feel the need to moisturize my skin immediately though I have the habit of doing it anyways. If you have very dry skin then you must follow it up with a good body lotion. My bathroom gets filled with the refreshing lemongrass aroma but the scent does not linger with me which does not bother me as I am not a huge fan of fragranced products. The shower gel will last really long as only a small amount is needed each time.

•    If you love citrus scent then it is for you.
•    The oil pearls moisturize the skin well.
•    Does not dry out my skin.
•    Reasonably priced.
•    Lasts really long.
•    Makes skin soft, smooth, clean and refreshed.

CONS:
•    Dry skinned people would need to follow it up with moisturizer.

Overall Thoughts:

Nivea Lemon & Oil Shower Gel is a refreshing shower gel for summers. It lathers well and makes skin soft, smooth, clean and refreshed. If you love lemongrass scent then you will surely love it. I would happily recommend it to everyone!

My Tips:
•    Shower gels are usually not that moisturizing so make sure you follow it up with good body lotion or body butter after shower if you have dry skin.
•    It can be used on its own but if you really want to exfoliate your skin gently then use it with loofah.
