The BEST thing I like about the beauty subscription Fab Bag is to get new and beautiful bags! Of course I love the new brands they introduce every month but the pretty bags fascinate me a lot. I WAIT for it every month! This month Fab Bag arrived pretty soon. It is based on the theme “Cast a Spell”. It is priced at Rs 599 for a month subscription and you can buy online HERE.

Fab bag August 2015* comes in a shiny pink case that is perfect to carry in parties or functions. I particularly use these kinds of cases to carry my makeup or other accessories when I am out of town to attend some functions. There are 5 things in the bag along with a leaflet and a Fab Post. Fab Post includes all tips and tricks to make you fabulous and look like a princess (My favorite is Snow White :D). The bag contains 2 full sized products and 3 samples sized ones. The products included in the bag are:

I was actually surprised to see a black lipstick in my bag. I was like “Is it for Halloween festival?” but was amazed to see the swatch on my hands. It swatched as a pretty light pink on my hands and warm fuchsia on my lips. Though it has slightly weird taste when you apply it but it vanishes away after few seconds and is not bothersome at all. It has good formula and glides across my lips easily. It stays for a long time and has superb pigmentation. It is a full size product and is worth Rs 590.

It is sample sized product and comes in a small glass bottle. I have been using Argan oil for a month and I was pretty happy to try this oil from a popular US brand. If you have frizzy and dry ends like mine then you will love using it as a “leave in treatment”.

It is also a sample sized product and comes in a travel friendly spray bottle. It has refreshing and mild fragrance that is perfect to use at day time. I totally loved it and look forward to try out other variants.

It is a full sized product and is priced at Rs 125. This is a normal eyelash curler that lifts up the lashes and makes it more prominent. I have not tried it yet and if you want me to review it in detail please leave a comment below.

I was pretty happy that Fab Bag team included two samples of this SPF moisturizer. It is so difficult to judge a product by a small sample. It is great for people with oily skin and keeps skin matte. It is quite light and my makeup stays for longer time. It has SPF 30 that protects the skin from harmful rays of the sun and prevents it from ageing.

PROS:

• Gorgeous bag.

• You get 2 full sized products that are worth more than the price of the bag. 

• You got to try new brands each month.

• Contains international brands that you do not have access to.

• Reasonably priced.

CONS:

• None.

Overall Thoughts:

If you love getting surprises in a bag then I would definitely recommend you to subscribe for Fab Bag. This month’s Fab Bag is amazing too and arrived on time. There was not a single product that I disliked and I totally loved the PINK BAG.
