Blue has been my favorite color since my childhood. After I started blogging, there are many colors that I loved and adored like pink, red, yellow, purple, black, maroon and many more. If you are a long reader of my blog, you would know how much I liked Faces Canada. I have tried lots of products from this brand and it has become one of my favorite brands. I had already reviewed Faces Canada Nail Polish in White O White (Review HERE! I bought it at least 4 times!) and today I am going to review the shade ‘Cerulean’. Cerulean is a gorgeous teal color with a metallic finish. The packaging is same as that of Faces Canada Nail Polish in White O White. The bristles are soft and apply nail polish easily without going streaky. The formula is perfect. It is neither very thick nor too thin. The pigmentation of the nail polish is not that great. It gives true color in 3 coats and dries pretty quickly so I do not have to wait for a long time to apply top coat. The staying power is pretty good. It stays put on my nails for a good 4-5 days with a top coat on. I do not do household chores so that might also be the reason for long staying power on my nails. Though the shade is a bit on darker side but it does not stain my nails.
PROS:
• Lots of shades to choose from.
• Metallic finish! I am a HUGE fan of metallic colors.
• Lasts for 4-5 days without chipping.
• Can be applied without base coat.
• Quick drying.
• Inexpensive.
• Toluene, DBP, camphor and formaldehyde free!
CONS:
• Pigmentation is not that great. You need at least 3 coats to get the color.
Overall Thoughts:
Faces Canada Nail Polish in Cerulean is a gorgeous teal color with metallic finish. Though I did not like its pigmentation but I love how beautiful and unique it looks on my nails. They are inexpensive and I would definitely recommend it to all nail polish lovers!
