Krya Festive Ubtan Traditional Bath Powder Review

Krya Festive Ubtan
When I was a kid, my mom used to gave me a bath using gram flour, turmeric and milk paste. My skin was really soft, smooth and glowing. After I crossed 13, I started using various chic soaps of different colors and then shower gels and body washes. It has been a long time since I used a natural bath powder and I am so glad to share with you an all natural and 100% pure ubtan or traditional bath powder---> Krya Festive Ubtan*! Let me tell you, natural products are so in all around the world and they are very effective for body and health in a long term! The bath powder is priced at Rs 490 for 200g. BUY ONLINE

Description
Comes in 2 packets
This is how it looks!
If you read my blog regularly, you would know how much I raved about Krya Zesty Hair Wash Powder Classic! I have been using it for more than a month and I love how clean and bouncy my hair looks after washing with this powder. The packaging of all their products is same. They come in simple cardboard box packaging which is recyclable. The powder comes in 2 sealed plastic cases. Though I always check the ingredients of my face products but I rarely read the ingredients of other products so if you wish to know more then you can visit their website!

Festive Ubtan is in fine powder form with traditional herbal scent. It smells pure and herbal. I simply take 2-3 teaspoons of ubtan powder in a bowl and mix it with water. You can also mix it with rose water to get pampered in this hot weather. I then apply and massage it on my body in light circular motions. It gently exfoliates my skin and feels purely herbal and natural. It is easy to rinse off the powder and my skin feels so clean, smooth and fresh. I would not say it moisturizes my skin but it does not dry it out either. It makes skin look healthy and nice.

I have the habit of applying toner on my neck and collarbone too and it shows residue of the powder on my skin. Though it does not stain my clothes but if you are planning to wear light colored clothes then i would suggest you to skip using this powder that day! The bath powder suits all skin types and would not irritate even sensitive skin!

PROS:
- Fine bath powder.
- Smells herbal!
- Gently exfoliates the skin.
- Makes skin clean and smooth.
- With regular usage, it reduces ingrown hair. The brand says it also keeps down hair growth with regular usage!
- 100% natural.
- Price is reasonable for the quantity!
- Great for pregnant or nursing ladies.

CONS:
- Leaves a bit of residue behind. You will notice it only if you use toner.

Overall Thoughts:
Krya Festive Ubtan is a natural and blissful way to pamper your skin! I love how healthy and clean my skin looks after using it. It is made out of various herbs and grains that are pure and natural! I would happily recommend it to all girls who love natural skincare products!

Rating: 4.8/5

My Tips:
- I use it thrice a week as it gently exfoliates the skin.
- Do not use soap after using this bath powder.
- You can mix it with rose water or lemon juice!
- Follow it up with a good body lotion.

Would you like to try Krya Festive Ubtan? Do you use bath powders in your skincare regimen?

Stay pretty!

  7. I have stopped using soaps on my skin since 2 decades now and exclusively use shower gels or scrubs or bath powders since my skin feels like sahara desert on using any soap (and I have tried A LOT of them :D) This looks like something created just for me :)
