Today I am going to review L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Le Smoky Eyeliner* which is a part of the newly launched Festive Fever range! I had already reviewed L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Moist Matte Lipstick on my blog few days back! The eyeliner comes in 6 shades and I got the "Black Velour" which is an amazing jet black color! It costs Rs 650 for 1.2g and you can BUY ONLINE on Amazon!

L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Le Smoky Eyeliner is a dual ended eye pencil with eyeliner on one end and smudger on the other. The lid of the eyeliner is tight and can be easily carried in a bag without any fuss!

Black Velour is a jet black color with a matte finish! It is the blackest black eyeliner so if you love doing smokey eyes then this is for you! It has rich pigmentation and gives true color in just a single swipe! It glides easily over lids without tugging. I usually use this eyeliner on my upper and lower lash line and then blend it with the smudger. I love the soft smokey look it delivers! The smudger is of good quality and blends the eyeliner in a jiff! The eyeliner is waterproof and does not tend to smudge the whole day! If you have extremely oily lids then it might smudge but you can control it with a transluscent powder or eye shadow of the similar shade!

Overall Thoughts:
L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Le Smoky Eyeliner in Black Velour is a perfect black eyeliner with a matte finish! It has awesome pigmentation and stays without smudging the whole day! It comes with a smudger that blends the eyeliner without making it look harsh./fake. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

My Tips:
- If you have very oily lids. set the eyeliner with a powder or eye shadow of the similar shade!
- As it is waterpoof, remove it with a good makeup remover!
