The electric sonic facial brush comes in a cardboard box packaging with a USB cable and a booklet! The facial cleaner is a bit smaller than my hands and is very easy to use and hold! It has soft silicon material with two different textures to cleanse your face gently yet effectively! The whole booklet is written in Korean language but you do not need to read the book to learn how to operate it! It comes in 2 colors- blue and pink and I got the blue!
The best thing I like about this electric face cleanser is it does not need batteries. It comes with a USB cable so you can charge whenever the battery runs out! It is fully waterproof and you need not worry about the water going inside!
There are only 3 signs that you can see on the electric face cleaner- on/off, + and -. The plus and minus sign indicates that you can increase or decrease the speed of vibrations! The vibration that comes by default is the best I find myself comfortable in! You simply need to apply cleanser onto your face, start the electric cleaner and massage it gently all over the face! You just to need to move it in circular motions! The smaller textured pattern helps in cleansing the cheeks and forehead whereas the bigger circular pattern has to be concentrated on the nose and chin where you get blackheads and whiteheads!
After using it, I simply wash off my skin and wow all I get is superb, smooth and bright skin! It feels very fresh and super clean!
The back side of the cleaner is meant to be used for deep cleansing though I do not feel any difference to my skin!

Overall Thoughts:
I am totally in love with Electric Ultrasonic Facial Brush from Gearbest! It has become an essential part of my daily skincare routine! It is very gentle and cleanses the skin well! It makes skin smooth and glowing! The vibrations feel good and improves the blood circulation of the skin thus making you glow! I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Never tried anything like this..I get pimples with regular facial brush that I have tried...This is a big no for me though it sounds pretty exciting.. :) :)
