Born Pretty Store provides worldwide shipping and I got my parcel safely without customs charges! The matte top coat bottle has a matte finish and can be used over any nail polish to make it matte! As I am a huge fan of black nail polish, I ordered it as soon as I saw this set on their website! The black nail polish requires two coats to get full coverage and the matte top coat has to be applied once it dries up completely! 

Pinky finger is completely matte!

The matte top coat makes the nail polish truly matte and I tried doing half nails but the effect is not visible in the photos! The matte top coat makes the nail polish last long for a good 3-4 days with few household chores!
