It contains argan oil and gives a nice, dewy look to my skin without making me look like a disco ball or an oil factory! Today I am going to review Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Serum Foundation SPF 45! It is a part of the newly launched Argan Oil range! I had already reviewed Lakme Absolute Luxe Matte Lip Color with Argan Oil on my blog!

The serum foundation contains Moroccan Argan oil that keeps skin moisturized and supple! It has a silky fluid texture that blends easily into the skin, giving a dewy, radiant look!

Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Serum Foundation comes housed in a glossy black cardboard box packaging with few information written on it! There is no ingredients list mentioned on the box! As soon as you open the outer box, you are greeted with a beautiful golden dropper style bottle that looks really luxurious and classy! I really loved the golden packaging! I have a soft corner for gold color! It is made of plastic and can be easily carried around in your bag!

The serum foundation has a dropper lid that allows you to control the quantity of the foundation! I simply take 2 drops of foundation for my face and neck and I love how easily it blends into the skin! It can be applied using a sponge, foundation brush or fingers! I prefer using it with my fingers as it has thin consistency and blends really easily without efforts! It gives lovely, natural, dewy finish to the skin, making it perfect for festive or wedding season! 

I have noticed that this serum foundation requires a good, smooth base! You really need to moisturize your skin well else it will highlight your dry patches! I feel it would suit all skin types including oily skin! i had used it for a week almost daily and it has not caused me acne or pimples!

Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Serum Foundation makes skin look smooth and evens out skin tones! It has medium coverage and hides pimple marks and spots well! If you have major blemishes and pimples then you must use a concealer! As I have combination skin, I make sure to apply a compact powder over it! It comes with SPF 45 that makes it suitable for everyday use but don't use it when you have to get yourself clicked as it might give you a white cast! It gives me the natural look in natural lighting but a white cast when clicked with flash!

It comes in 6 different shades and i have 02 Rose Silk and 03 Silky Golden! I have fair skin with yellow undertones and both the colors look natural and even on me! Rose Silk has slightly pink undertones and Silky Golden has yellow undertones!

My skin looks fresh for a good 5-6 hours and it does not oxidize!

- You need to moisturize your skin really well to get that smooth finish else it will highlight dry patches!

Overall, Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Serum Foundation SPF 45 is a good foundation for everyday use or for festive or wedding season when you really want that natural yet dewy glow! It gives medium coverage and makes skin look smooth and glow-y! I would definitely recommend you to check it out!
