Few days back, I had reviewed Amrutam Ashtagandh Body Lotion that I have been loving a lot! Amrutam products are based on ayurveda and ancient vedic recipes! Today I am going to review Amrutam Herbal Ubtan that I have been using for the last 3 weeks!
I have combination, acne prone skin so I mix the ubtan with rose water to get the most out of it. You can even use aloe vera gel if you have oily skin or milk if you have dry skin. I apply it on my clean face and let it stay for 10-15 minutes. With regular usage I found that it is a bit rough on my sensitive skin so I have started using it as a body ubtan. I love mixing it with besan or other bath powders! The fragrance is a bit strong strong and initially I faced burning in my eyes so I always make sure to lie down and relax with eyes closed whenever I use this face mask! I then wash it off with cold or lukewarm water and pat dry. It brightens my skin and make it look clean and fresh. It contains all the good ingredients like neem, haldi, chandan, kapoor, rose water and many more.
I have been using Amrutam Herbal Ubtan regularly but I feel it does not help in protecting or preventing from acne or pimple though it does help in combating them!
If you have pigmentation, mix it with tomato juice and use it regularly. It also helps in preventing freckles!
