You just have to dip your nails in glitter to get your nail done! The dipping system has its own process but it takes very less and makes your nails look classy and unique! On my nails Born Pretty Dipping Powder in Starry Night

The dipping powder that I ordered can be done without UV lamp. It comes in 10 colors and I got Starry Night which is a gorgeous and glamorous shimmery silver powder! The powder is very fine and easy to dust off from nails and fingers. The dip powder comes in a small clear plastic jar which comes sealed. There is a sponge applicator that makes the application super easy and quick! The dip powders are fine shimmers and less damaging alternative to acrylic nails!

How to use dip powder?
- Apply a coat of dip base so that the color sticks. I ordered 2 in 1 Base and Top Coat!
- Dip your nail into dip powder!
- Brush off excess powder!
- Apply a second coat of dip base coat!
- Dip the tip of the nail or entire nail again into the dip powder.
- Brush off excess powder!
- Apply dip activator!
- Smooth and refine the surface gently with a buffer!
- Apply a top coat!

Starry Night looks extremely beautiful on my nails! They are fine silver glitter that instantly makes my nails look glamorous in no time! Though a bit of mess is created but it is easy to clean due to super fine shimmers! They last on my nail for a good 20 days without chipping!

Though the dip nails do not need UV lamps but they are very difficult to remove! You need to soak your nails in nail polish remover for a good 10-15 minutes to take it off completely! As I have a baby, I found it really time consuming!

PROS:
- Gives professional look to your nails!
- Very easy to use!
- Takes less time!
- Though it creates mess but is very easy to clean!
- A good alternative to acrylic nails!
- Feels light on nails! There is a trick that I have mentioned below!
- Reasonably priced!
- Born Pretty provides worldwide shipping.
- I was not charged customs duty!

CONS:
- Very difficult to remove. It might affect your nails if not removed in a right way!

Overall Thoughts:
Overall, I am extremely impressed with the look that I got from Born Pretty Dip Powder. It makes my nails look so professional and elegant. You can now do professional nails at home without wasting your time at salon! My only concern is the removal but if you have time and love doing nails arts then I would happily recommend it to you!

My Tips:
- Do not dip your nails in the dip powder for long. take it out a soon as you can for a thin layer.
- Keep a brush to brush off the excess powder on your nails!
- Use the applicator if you want ombre kind of effect!
- Remove it properly by soaking your nails and do not scrape it off!

Have you tried dip powders? How do you remove it?
Stay Pretty & Loads of 💓!
