After finishing Pond's Triple Vitamin Moisturizing Body Lotion, I was on a hunt for a new body lotion. Let me tell you, my body lotions ran out within 2 weeks as I moisturize my skin no matter what the weather is! Nivea has always been my favorite brand. I had already reviewed Nivea Express Hydration Body Lotion and Nivea Nourishing Body Lotion on my blog and loved them both! I saw Nivea Aloe Hydration Body Lotion on ads too so I dropped it in my cart without giving it a second thought!

Nivea Aloe Hydration Body Lotion comes in a sturdy white plastic bottle with a dark blue flip top lid. The packaging is quite neat and simple. The pump packaging allows easy access of the lotion but I feel it cannot be carried around in a bag while traveling. I usually do not prefer pump packaging whilst traveling. The scent is very mild and pleasant. If you sensitive nose then you might like it. It is pure white in color and looks soothing to eyes.

The texture of the body lotion is soft and smooth. It has fairly good consistency. It is neither too thick nor too runny. It is applied on the skin effortlessly. It easily and quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving any residue behind. It leaves my skin feeling very soft, smooth and moisturized. It contains Nivea deep moisture serum and aloe vera that keep skin moisturized the whole day. After applying the lotion, I don’t feel the need to wash any remaining product from my hands. Although the lotion is lightweight but it takes good care of my normal body skin. In fact, I feel it would suit all skin types including dry ones! The scent is fresh and lingers with me for quite a few hours. I don’t feel the need to reapply the lotion throughout the day. As it does not contain sunscreen I make sure to apply one to protect my skin from harmful sun rays. It is extremely mild and gentle and is suitable for daily use. It does not cause any adverse effects to my skin. It would be perfect to use to use in summer and monsoon season as it is very light yet moisturizing!

- Pump packaging is not travel friendly but you can always opt for smaller version that comes with flip top lid!
Overall Thoughts:
Overall, Nivea Aloe Hydration Body Lotion is one the best body lotions I have tried! It is lightweight yet very moisturizing to the skin! It keeps my skin hydrated the whole day! The scent is very pleasant and the body lotion would suit all skin types! I would highly recommend everyone to check it out!
My Tips:
- Always use body lotion right after the shower!
- Use it as a hand cream too!
- Little goes a long way!

DeleteI love the fact that the lotion doubles up as sunscreen. I have slightly oily skin and the thing is when I apply any cream other than aloe gel, I often start sweating and the skin turns more oily. But going by your word this might seem like a good option
